Privacy Policy
Pickle & Cue Club respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
When you contact us or make a booking through our platform or third-party partners, we may collect your name, phone number, and booking details. We do not collect payment card data — payments are processed by Razorpay.
To confirm bookings, send reminders, respond to enquiries, and occasionally send promotional messages (which you can opt out of at any time by replying "STOP" or letting us know on WhatsApp).
When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are received through a standard WhatsApp Business account. We do not share your number with third parties, and you can opt out of promotional WhatsApp messages at any time — booking and reminder messages related to a confirmed slot will still be sent.
We use KheloMore for slot bookings and Razorpay for payments. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for how they handle your data.
We retain booking and contact information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Terms & Conditions
By using the Pickle & Cue Club website or booking through any of our channels, you agree to the following terms.
All bookings are subject to availability. Slots are confirmed only after payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, with a full refund.
Players are expected to treat staff, other guests, and equipment with respect. Pickle & Cue Club reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving inappropriately.
Players use all equipment at their own risk. Pickle & Cue Club is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings during your visit.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the member who purchased them. Unused included hours do not roll over.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want cancellations to be fair and straightforward. Here’s how it works.
You receive a 100% refund as wallet/refund credit, valid for 90 days.
You receive a 50% refund as wallet/refund credit.
No refund is issued.
Reschedules are free if requested more than 12 hours before your slot, subject to availability. If it’s 6–12 hours before your slot, one reschedule is allowed with a 20% fee. Rescheduling is not available via self-service under 6 hours before your slot — contact us on WhatsApp.
Refund credits are issued to your wallet and are valid for 90 days, and can be used toward any future booking at Pickle & Cue Club.
Event cancellation policies are stated on each event’s registration page. If Pickle & Cue Club cancels an event, a full refund credit is issued.
