We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak hours (5 PM – 2 AM on weekdays and weekends). Walk-ins are welcome during off-peak times if courts or tables are available — but slots go fast, and booking guarantees your spot.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your slot for 100% refund credit, or 6 to under 24 hours before for 50% refund credit. Cancellations under 6 hours before your slot and no-shows receive no refund. Refund credits are valid for 90 days and can be used toward future bookings. Contact us on WhatsApp to request a cancellation.
