Corporate Booking Questions
We recommend at least 3–5 working days for full venue buyouts, and 1–2 days for individual activity bookings. Weekends and Friday evenings fill up faster — if you have a specific date in mind, it's worth messaging us as early as possible to check availability.
Yes — we can issue a GST invoice for corporate bookings. Mention your company name and GSTIN when you send your enquiry and we'll include it on the invoice.
Completely optional. The café is included as a space you can use during your booking, but food and beverage packages are add-ons — you can order off the regular menu instead, or skip the café entirely if you prefer.
Minor changes (a few people fewer or more) are usually fine — let us know as soon as you know and we'll adjust. Significant changes, especially for full venue buyouts, may affect pricing. We'll always discuss before making any changes to your booking.
Yes — if your team is looking to make this a standing monthly or quarterly event, we offer ongoing corporate arrangements that work out better on pricing.
